i have been a little absent from tumblr lately and well not done so well with working out/diet etc. I haven’t gained anything but I definitely haven’t been very motivated. One of my best friends just got diagnosed with leukemia and it’s hit me pretty hard. I let myself get pretty down and depressed, i think i needed to just get it out of my system. Today I woke up more determined than ever that i need to be healthier, I need to do what is best for me and look at positive things. I’m not looking for sympathy, I just wanted to share my epiphany today. I hope you are all doing well. Remember it doesn’t matter how many times you fall down as long as you always get back up! <3
